Manufacturing custom tooling, adjustment screws, and manual control components requires extreme accuracy and wear resistance. For this batch, hand clamps were produced using modern CNC lathe turning centers, enabling full-cycle machining of complex profiles in a single or minimal setups.

• DIAMOND KNURLING FORMING Cross-hatch (diamond) knurling on the fastener head is produced via cold plastic deformation using special knurling wheels. This ensures a reliable grip during manual tightening, even when wearing gloves or operating in oily environments.
• STEPPED TURNING & PRECISION TOLERANCE CONTROL Precision turning of diameter transitions and seating surfaces. CNC turning guarantees consistent concentricity between the threaded shaft and the ergonomic head, eliminating runout during rotation.
• METRIC THREAD CUTTING & CALIBRATION External thread cutting is performed with carbide threading inserts in multiple passes. The resulting threaded joint features clean surface finish, zero burrs, and perfect calibration for smooth engagement.
• CORROSION RESISTANCE & FINISHING Utilizing stainless steel ensures long-term performance of custom fasteners in aggressive environments. Parts undergo passivation and final finishing to eliminate minor defects after cutting.
