- COORDINATE PIERCING OF MOUNTING HOLES All fastening, technical, and adjustment holes (including round, oval, or custom slots) are pierced directly during the laser cutting process. This eliminates the need for subsequent drilling operations and guarantees a 100% match of center-to-center distances during bracket installation at the customer's site.
- MULTI-STAGE CNC BENDING WITH ANGULAR PRECISION The formation of complex profiles, reinforcement ribs, and mounting shelves is executed on high-end CNC hydraulic press brakes. Computerized control of sheet clamping force and punch depth ensures a stable bending angle on every single product, regardless of the batch size—from the first to the 500th piece.
- MATERIAL STRENGTH RETENTION IN DEFORMATION ZONES By utilizing professional tooling (dies and punches) with carefully calculated radii, the cold forming process prevents microcracks, internal stresses, and wall thinning in the deformation zones. The resulting brackets fully maintain their calculated strength characteristics under high static and dynamic loads.
