Technology & Bracket Production Stages:
The primary task of the project was to create durable mounting units capable of withstanding heavy static and dynamic loads. By combining high-precision laser cutting, multi-axis CNC bending, and the application of a wear-resistant protective layer, we ensured flawless series geometry and long-term durability of the parts.
- 1. CNC LASER CUTTING & PROFILING Designing parts development in CAD systems, high-precision laser cutting of sheet metal, and forming mounting and technological holes without deformation or dross.
- 2. SEQUENTIAL HIGH-PRECISION BENDING Processing blanks on hydraulic CNC press brakes. Strict control of bending angles ensures precise geometric compliance and perfect alignment of all slots during installation.
- 3. SURFACE PREPARATION & CLEANING Mandatory mechanical and chemical metal treatment before painting: scale removal, degreasing, and passivation for maximum adhesion to the protective coating.
- 4. POWDER COATING & POLYMERIZATION Applying an even layer of wear-resistant powder paint followed by curing in a polymerization oven. This creates a durable, anti-corrosive, and impact-resistant matte layer.
- 5. FINAL QUALITY CONTROL (QC) Inspecting the finished batch for compliance with specified design documentation tolerances, checking coating thickness, and final packaging of components for safe transportation.
