Laser cutting: Decorative grilles

Manufacturing technology and benefits:

Decorative grille production combines artistic design with high-precision CNC technology. We use fiber laser cutting machines, allowing us to create the most intricate patterns with a line thickness starting from 0.8 mm while maintaining the structural integrity of the metal sheet.

• MATERIAL SELECTION AND ALLOYS We work with AISI 304 (08Х18Н10) stainless steel for interior use and AISI 316 (or 316L) for harsh environments or exterior facades. We can process mirrored, brushed (satin), or matte finish metal with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 mm.
• LASER CUTTING WITHOUT THERMAL DEFORMATION Thanks to the focused laser beam, the heat-affected zone is minimal. This prevents sheet warping and discoloration at the cutting edges. We guarantee burr-free results, which is critical for decorative items that do not require additional mechanical processing.
• COMPLEX ORNAMENTS AND PERFORATION We perform cutting of any complexity: from classic geometric patterns and floral designs to custom logos and branded elements. High repeatability allows us to manufacture both single exclusive panels and large batch orders for interior finishing.
• FINISHING AND QUALITY CONTROL Upon request, we provide finishing services: vibratory finishing (to blunt sharp edges), powder coating in any RAL color, or application of protective films to prevent scratches during installation.
