Engineering approach to rigidity:
In projects where the ability to withstand significant static and dynamic loads is a key requirement, standard solutions are not enough. Our reinforced brackets are designed with stress distribution patterns in mind, allowing for the optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
- 1. DESIGN AND MODELING – Before production, we analyze the part's geometry. Adding stiffening ribs and optimizing bend radii allows us to significantly increase the load-bearing capacity without increasing material thickness.
- 2. PRECISION CNC BENDING – Using CNC press brakes ensures exact bend angles, which is critical for proper load distribution in the assembled unit.
- 3. LASER CUTTING FOR PERFECT FIT – High-precision laser cutting ensures that all mounting holes align perfectly, providing a secure fix for the bracket on the load-bearing surface.
- 4. STEEL SELECTION – We use structural steel with regulated chemical composition, ensuring consistent physical and mechanical properties for every batch.
