Precision Threaded FITTINGS
Serial production of precision metal fittings and connectors with complex geometry for industrial fluid and gas supply systems.
Engineering process and technical solutions:
The main task was the development and manufacturing of a batch of fittings with strict requirements for leak-tightness and precision of threaded connections. Utilizing CNC equipment allowed us to achieve perfect part-to-part repeatability in serial production.
- 1. CNC TURNING High-speed turning centers ensured superior surface finish and linear accuracy down to 0.01 mm.
- 2. PRECISION THREAD CUTTING Specialized tooling and programmed strategies allowed us to obtain a thread profile that ensures reliable sealing and withstands high system pressure.
- 3. MATERIAL SELECTION AND PROCESSING We selected optimal grades of brass and structural steel with high wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life for the parts.
- 4. TECHNICAL QUALITY CONTROL Each part underwent multi-stage inspection: from measuring thread pitch with thread gauges to checking external diameter tolerances.
